Terms and Conditions

Basics:  

• Signature: All of my art is hand done and original. At this time I'm not making prints or copies of anything. That being said, all of my work will come signed. Covering or removal of signatures with the intent to resell or take credit is theft and infringement.  This includes Commissions/Gifts.
• Time: Be considerate. When buying an art piece, you are putting trust into a person. You are buying something they are making with their hands. Sometimes this takes a while. Especially in the case of commissions. I will do my best to accommodate time requests and standards, but please understand that time can be different. Depending on the size and complexity of a piece, it can take days or weeks to finish.
• Conduct: The right to refuse service for any legitimate reason will be withheld. Any form of racism, homophobia, or sexism will not be tolerated. Any form of harassment or blatant rudeness towards me will result in a service ban. 

For Sale Pieces:  (this is referring to the already done pieces for sale) 

• Prices: My prices are non negotiable. The formula for pricing is $15/Per hour + supply cost. When looking for art, you're not just paying for the product, you pay for the skill needed to create.
• Refunds/Returns: Refunds are available for returned products only. If you receive your piece and are unhappy, you can return it for a full refund. No Return = No Refund. All Returns/Refunds must be completed within two weeks of receiving your package.
• Cancellations: Cancellations are only valid if done within 24 hours of initial order. 

Commissions:

• Consultations: When commissioning a personal piece, you will need to be in direct contact with me. To ensure we are on the same page about what you want, you'll need to be prepared to answer questions about the drawing, as well as submit the picture of the person you want. All requests are documented for security and honesty.   
• Down Payment: A consultation for a commission is considered done after the $25 down payment is finalized. Personal commissions (Ex: portraits of family members, ie: not celebrities) Aren't marketable to other buyers. Therefore the down payment is implemented to ensure that the customer is serious about the purchase. This is a non refundable security payment. The $25 will be included in the total of the finished piece. (Ex.: The finished piece is $150. Since you paid $25 already, you'll owe $125) 
• Refunds/Returns: In the case of a commissioned character, celebrity, or an otherwise recognizable, the refund/return policy is the same as listed above for "for sale pieces". However: Commissions of personal things such as yourself, relatives, pets, or specific abstract type pieces are non refundable/returnable. This is to protect me as an artist via my time and resources. I take commissions especially seriously and will make sure we are on the same page before jumping into one such as that. If you have any doubts or concerns, please let me know beforehand so that we can work out any kinks. I would much rather refer you to a different artist than make something you are unhappy with. 
• Right to Refuse Service: (See above in "Basics: Conduct") If at any point there is legit conflict after submitting a commission, your order will be cancelled. The piece will not be done and no further charge will be implemented. As compensation for time and resources, the down payment still stands as non refundable. Harassment results in a full service ban. 
• Cancellations: Cancellations with the down payment refunded are only valid if done within 24 hours of initial order. After this period, I have already used up valuable supplies. This is the only  way that a down payment will be refunded.  After 24 hours, you are able to cancel your order, but the $25 will not be refunded. 

Shipping Info:  

• No international shipping available at this time.
• I hand-deliver each and every order to the post office, hand it to the post person, and watch it get scanned into the USPS/UPS system with tracking. I will be keeping the tracking number as well as giving it to you. This is to be sure we both know what's going on. 
• If your tracking says “Delivered” and you are stating that you did not receive your order, I will not cover your order. You need to speak to your own USPS Postal Service. There is nothing I can do on my end. I can not refund a package you are claiming has been lost or stolen but has been marked delivered by USPS/UPS/FEDEX/ETC. Honesty is important and I'd love to believe that everyone thinks as much, but I can't afford to take that risk. 
• For Sale VS Commission shipping time: For Sale pieces will be shipped out on the first business day following purchase. For commissions, depending on the piece, it can take varying times to finish; I am able to give estimates during a consultation as well as take certain deadlines. The piece will ship asap after it is completed.
